In many cultures and countries the name of the person has significant meaning, likewise their business. I like that and usually the name chosen has a story. Well, the name of this site has a story … here it is:

What is the significance of the name Your Ninth Hour? Simple, A New Beginning … not just anyone’s … it’s mine, it’s yours. Each and every day we wake up to a new day and since that is inevitable, then we might as well take control from the onset. We can insist that it’ll the best day ever! It can be like being born all over again with a renewed zeal; with a fresh and sweet belief affirmed in our hearts. Belief of a better day.

Your Ninth Hour comes from The Book of the Activities (commonly known as the book of Acts) in the Bible. It is not coincidental that God chose to let us know “it was about the ninth hour of the day” that Peter got up and preached the first lesson to those who would be the ‘called out’ ones. This was the birth of the church. They were born into a new WAY of living, believing, of interaction between themselves and God … and it began that day, at Their Ninth Hour.

You see, I have been trying so long to get things perfect,with all the glitches worked out and this tweaked ‘just so’ and consequently, my ‘publishing’ date got pushed further and further away. I finally had enough!

Last week, Thursday evening to be exact, I made the decision to choose this day to be my day of reckoning … 9/9/09 … and then, it came down to the 9^th hour of the day … obviously … which ultimately resulted in my name for the ‘Store’ … I love how things just fall into place once you make up your mind and determine to ‘go forth’ and get it done.

So, you see Your Ninth Hour signifies — A New Beginning.
